Cedric Isom

Al Jazeera Abu Dhabi (D1) re-signed experienced 35-year old American guard Cedric Isom (188-84, college: ETBU). He played there last season.
The previous (17-18) season Isom played at Galitos-Barreiro (LPB) in Portuguese league where in 30 games he recorded very impressive stats: 15.2ppg, 3.6rpg, 4.9apg and 1.3spg.
Among other achievements he won Angolan League championship title in 2011 and 2016. Isom received also Afrobasket.com All-African Champions Cup 1st Team award back in 2013.
He has quite traveled the world as his pro career brought him to three different continents (Europe, Africa and of course North America). Isom has played previously professionally in Iceland (Tindastoll and Thor AK Akureyri), Angola (1 De Agosto, Petro de Luanda and Club Desportivo Un. Agostinho Neto Luand) and Rwanda (APR BBC Kigali).
He attended East Texas Baptist University until 2006 and it will be his 14th (!!!) season in pro basketball.
